We fully understand the needs of Landlords, Estate Agents and Tenants alike, enabling us to deliver a reliable, efficient and friendly service.

We produce thorough and accurate inventory reports, which meet the requirements of the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme (April 2007).

Reports are delivered within 48 hours of visiting the property. Our preferred method of delivery is by email. We can accomodate a faster turn around time if required. Reports can be sent out to be signed electronically.

Ft2 inventories are fully insured with Public Liability Insurance up to £5,000,000.

We operate from 8am - 7pm MONDAY TO SATURDAY and can accomodate bookings at very short notice if required. We will work sundays and bank holidays on request.

Ft2 Inventories are regulated by the Association of Professional Inventory providers (APIP).
