  • How many floors the property has - for example; lower ground, first floor, second floor, top floor.

 

  • Any outside space - for example; balconies/ patios/ gardens/ terraces/garages.

 

  • Amount of rooms and bathrooms - for example;  1 bathroom, 1 en suite, 1 WC, 1 utility room, 1 storage room.

 

  • Is the property furnished or unfurnished. 

 

  • Which service is required - Inventory make/ check in/ interim report/ check out.
